Inox India raises Rs 438 crore from anchor investors ahead of IPO
Marquee funds including SBI MF, ICICI MF, HDFC MF, Fidelity, ADIA, Nomura, Goldman Sachs, Nippon MF, Axis MF, HSBC, Sundaram MF, 3P India Equity Fund among others participated. The issue is completely an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.21 crore shares with face value of Rs 2 each. There is no fresh issue segment in the IPO.
