Inox India looks attractive for investors seeking exposure to industrial gas segment

The company is in the process of building a new plant with an investment of Rs 200 crore using internal accruals. The life of cryogenic tanks could be as high as 35-40 years and typically it is used in mission critical operations. The company derives 78% of revenue from sales of tanks for industrial gases such as Nitrogen, Oxygen, argon, 25% from LNG tanks and balance from cryo-scientific applications where it supplies equipment to ISRO and other companies dealing in space research.
