Calcutta HC grants Delta Corp interim relief in Rs 6,384 cr tax demand case
The Calcutta High Court has granted interim relief to Delta Corp's Deltatech Gaming Ltd in a Rs 6,384 crore goods and service tax (GST) demand case. The court directed that no effect shall be given to any order passed by the Tax Authority in relation to the show cause notice for the above demand without the leave of the High Court.
