Banijay Asia, which controls Endemol Shine India, has announced a new management structure to integrate the strengths of both companies. Deepak Dhar will serve as the founder and group CEO, while Rishi Negi has been promoted to Group Chief Operating Officer. Other appointments include Mrinalini Jain as Group Chief Development Officer, Shyam Rathi as Group Chief Financial Officer, Lalit Sharma as Head of Legal, and Fiona Machado as Head of HR.
