The Union Cabinet is set to consider a proposal for the second version of the urban livelihoods mission, which aims to provide skill development and credit facilities to the urban poor, according to officials. The revamped Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) has already received approval from the Expenditure Finance Commission.
