Ahead of Tata Tech listing, Tata Motors stock zooms to record high levels
Tata Motors shares rose to a lifetime high of Rs 714.40 on the National Stock Exchange intraday, before settling at Rs 712.35 with a little over 2% gains. The gains in the stock were backed by strong volumes of more than 16 million shares, way above the three-month daily average trading volume of over 9 million shares.
