Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) launches green hydrogen blending project in Ahmedabad to assess viability of green hydrogen as an alternative energy source for city gas distribution consumers. The pilot project involves blending green hydrogen with natural gas for 4,000 home and commercial PNG customers. Green hydrogen is produced through electrolysis of water with renewable energy. The project enhances infrastructure, diversifies energy mix, develops hydrogen ecosystem, and reduces CO2 emissions by up to 4%.
