Three entities sell Home First Finance shares for Rs 753 crore

Promoters and a Warburg Pincus affiliate sold shares of Home First Finance Company, an affordable housing finance firm, for Rs 753 crore through open market transactions. True North Fund V LLP, Aether Mauritius Ltd, and Orange Clove Investments BV offloaded shares on the BSE, reducing their stakes in the Mumbai-based company. SmallCap World Fund Inc and Fidelity Global Investment Fund Asia Pacific Equity Fund acquired shares. In May, the same entities sold shares of Home First Finance Company for Rs 330 crore.
