Zorawar Kalra, founder of Massive Restaurants that owns brands such as Farzi Cafe, Masala Library and Bo Tai, said he expects to end the year on a "record high," and will open 30 cloud kitchens this quarter, besides launching new restaurants in Bhopal, Chennai and Raipur.
