Income Tax: CBDT allows delay for Form 10-IC filing by domestic companies
The CBDT said that after careful consideration, the authority has decided to condone delay in filing of Form 10-IC of the Income-Tax. This is on grounds of alleviating genuine hardships faced by domestic companies
