I don't think interest rates are still that high. If you compare it to 2%, yes, they are high, but 2% was low. Elevated interest rates have an impact, but I don't think you need it to go back to 2%. Valuations in 2021 and interest rates in 2021 were abnormal. We need to wrap our heads around the new normal, but I don't think that the new normal is what it is today either. It'll evolve.
