Lava eyes 10% smartphone market share in 2 years with investment of Rs 600 cr in R&D, marketing

Indian mobile devices maker Lava International aims to capture 10% market share in the sub-Rs 30,000 ($408) smartphone segment. The company plans to invest up to INR 600 crore ($81.5m) in product development and marketing over the next two years. Lava relaunched its smartphone business with a focus on customer experience and providing repair services at home.
