Construction of Micron’s $2.75 billion plant in Sanand begins
S-based Micron Technology on Saturday held the groundbreaking ceremony for its $2.75 billion (approximately Rs 22,540 crore) chip assembly and test facility in India. The combined investment is projected to create around 5,000 direct jobs and offer 15,000 community job opportunities over the next five years.
