TotalEnergies to invest $300 million in new JV with Adani Green
Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) and TotalEnergies are forming a 50:50 joint venture with a $300 million investment from TotalEnergies. The new entity will have a portfolio of 1,050 megawatts, consisting of operational, under construction, and under development assets in solar and wind power. AGEL aims to have 45 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030. This joint venture will accelerate TotalEnergies' presence in the Indian renewable power market.
