Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has set the price band for its initial public offering (IPO) at Rs 156-164 per share. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 392 crore and an offer for sale by promoters and external investors worth Rs 174 crore.
