No damage due to oil spill near Uran: ONGC
State-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has stated that a recent oil spill near Mumbai did not cause any harm to the local fishing and farming communities. The spill occurred on September 8 when a small quantity of oil leaked from a storage tank at the ONGC Uran Plant and entered a stormwater drain channel.
