Motilal Oswal buys 12-storey tower in Ahmedabad from Claris Life Sciences
Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL) has acquired a commercial tower in Ahmedabad to support its growth and expansion plans. The property, spread over 1,10,000 sq ft, will be the company's third standalone tower and will house its corporate office. MOFSL plans to complete the project by September 2024 and expects it to accommodate 650 employees.
