PepsiCo to invest Rs 778 crore in setting up new plant in Assam

PepsiCo India is investing Rs. 778 crore to establish a food manufacturing plant in Nalbari, Assam. The plant, expected to be operational by 2025, will cover an area of 44.20 acres and create job opportunities for around 500 individuals. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma hailed the investment as a significant milestone in the state's industrialization.
