The Ministry of Finance has started the process of preparing the interim Budget for 2024-25 by inviting inputs on expenditure from various ministries and departments. The full Budget for the next fiscal year will be presented after the formation of the new government post the Lok Sabha elections. Pre-budget meetings will be held in October and November, where discussions on funds and expenditures will take place.
