"As far as our doctors go, we have near 0% attrition rate. So, we have a very strong and a stable medical team and that really helps us in delivering good care for our patients and excel clinically. On the nurses’ side, yes, it is a national problem of attrition and lack of new nursing talent. We are also struggling with that but we will make necessary efforts to ensure good clinical qualities"
