The amendments made in the Right of Way rules for telecom infrastructure will speed up the 5G rollout and enhance the ease of doing business, said India's Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI). The COAI, which includes Reliance Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone Idea, highlights that the provision will allow priority telegraph services restoration, preventing major disruptions in service to users.
