Adani Group Companies' shares fell after Deloitte resigned as the auditor of Adani Ports following concerns over alleged related party transactions raised by US-based Hindenburg Research. Deloitte, the auditor since May 2017, had the necessary information, and the company's reason to quit was "not convincing," Adani Ports said.
