UP plans policy to revive stalled realty projects in Noida region

The Uttar Pradesh (UP) government is contemplating the introduction of a co-development policy aimed at kickstarting stalled projects in Noida and Greater Noida, people familiar with the matter have told ET. As part of a pilot initiative, the government initiated a pilot project wherein the Hawelia Group, a real estate developer, has taken control of a 22-acre partially completed undertaking known as Shree Radha Sky Garden in Greater Noida.
