Jet Airways CoC tell NCLAT may withdraw petition if JKC pays Rs 350 crore

The Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Jet Airways said it may not pursue its appeal following the receipt of Rs 350 crore ($47m) from Jalan Kalrock Consortium. CoC stated that reactivation of the grounded airline will only be viable if Jalan Kalrock meets its financial obligations.
