IBBI informs NCLT has no views on refund of tickets by Go First RP; CoC says part of resolution
The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has told the National Company Law Tribunal that it had no stand over resolution professional's plea to refund Go First flight's ticket price. No objections from the Committee of Creditors was raised either. The RP of Go First had informed the court that the money lying in the escrow account wasn't the property of the corporate debtor.
