MP, Haryana, TN, Bihar and Bengal top states with highest placement of skilled workers under PMKVY
Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Bihar and West Bengal are the top five Indian states that have provided jobs to the highest number of skilled workers, according to official data from the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) since the launch of the scheme in 2015. While populous states like Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan have the highest number of certified candidates under PMKVY, their placement rates are significantly lower than the aforementioned five states.
