India's data centre market is booming, with investments totalling $10bn since 2020 and a projected doubling of data centre stock to reach 20 million square feet by 2025, according to property consultant Colliers India. Global majors such as Google, Microsoft and Amazon have already built hyperscale data centres in the country, while AdaniConneX has raised $213m for a 67 MW data centre portfolio in Noida and Chennai.
