Vi, Truecaller tie up to secure customer communication
Vodafone Idea has partnered with Truecaller to offer secure customer communication using the latter’s Verified Business Caller ID solution, said the telecom operator. Scammers posing as customer service agents often post fraudulent contact details on fake social media pages and websites that make consumers vulnerable to fraud.
