Energy drink Sting is now the fastest growing beverage for PepsiCo India

Analysts said energy drinks' sales are not limited to seasonality spikes unlike aerated soft drinks. Sting's contribution during the December 2022 quarter, for example, was higher than its full year sales. Growth of aerated soft drinks in fact has declined by over 20% this year amid unseasonal rains in the peak summer quarter of April-June.
