GST Council Meet: 28% GST will be levied on online gaming, horse racing, casinos on full value
The Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council has announced its decision to impose a 28% GST on three supplies, including online gaming, casinos and horse racing. The council has also reduced the GST on restaurants inside cineplexes from 18% to 5%, exempted the GST on cancer drug Dinutuximab and food for special medical purposes (FSMP).
