Bank of America to pay more than $100M for doubling fees, opening accounts without customer consent

Bank of America has been ordered to pay over $100 million to its customers for multiple violations, including double-dipping on some fees, withholding reward bonuses and opening accounts without customer consent. The fines include paying $60 million to the OCC and $90 million in penalties to its organization.
