Isha Ambani to join Jio Financial as non-executive director
RIL said her appointment is subject to approval of shareholders as well the Reserve Bank of India and will be effective from the date of receipt of RBI approval. Besides Isha, the board has also approved the appointment of McLaren Strategic Ventures' Hitesh Sethia as the CEO and MD of Reliance Strategic Ventures, which would later on be renamed as Jio Financial, for 3 years.
