'Reliance Retail independently valued at $92-96 billion'
Reliance Retail, owned by Mukesh Ambani, the richest man in Asia, has been given a valuation of between $92 billion and $96 billion by independent consultants, EY and BDO. Reliance Retail Ventures, which includes both the core retail business, and Ambani's consumer goods business, raised $5.72 billion by selling a 10.09% stake last year.
