Engineering, manufacturing, and technology solutions provider Cyient DLM's Rs 592 crore IPO will be open for subscription from June 27 to 30, with a price band of Rs 250-265 per share. The share issue comprises only of fresh equity shares and a pre-IPO placement of 40.75 lakh equity shares, aggregating up to Rs 108 crore. Cyient DLM's CEO Anthony Montalbano said trends such as the China Plus One strategy, rising electronics manufacturing needs, focus on the Indian market and B2S opportunities will help its business growth.
