SAT admits appeal by Subhash Chandra, Punit Goenka against Sebi order, next hearing on June 19
The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) on Thursday admitted appeal by Essel Group chairman Subhash Chandra and Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd MD and CEO Punit Goenka challenging the Sebi interim order that barred them from holding the position of a director or key managerial personnel in any listed company.
