The company raised Rs 12.30 crore from its IPO, which was subscribed 77 times, led by strong non-institutional and retail interest. The net proceeds will be used for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. Meanwhile, the IPOs of Spectrum Talent Management, Bizotic Commercial, and Urban Enviro Waste Management are open for subscription.
