RIL’s new energy business revenue set to hit $10-billion mark by 2030: Bernstein

Bernstein estimates revenue from Reliance Industries' clean energy vertical to hit $10bn by 2030, and sees potential for 60% of the overall addressable market in solar energy, 30% in batteries and 20% in hydrogen. The Indian company plans to have installed solar capacity of 100 GW by 2030, representing 35% of India's targeted capacity of 280 GW, the research firm said. Bernstein believes Reliance New Energy could be valued between INR100-200 ($1.35-$2.7) a share by 2050. India's target of producing five million tonne of green hydrogen annually by 2030 is another opportunity, the firm said.
