Emotional intelligence (EI) will be the only differentiator between success and failure in the changing landscape driven by artificial intelligence (AI), according to Vivek Bajaj, co-founder of StockEdge. Bajaj spoke about the importance of mental fitness and how staying calm helped him throughout his career. He emphasised the importance of finding the right time for meditation, rather than the right place. Although AI is taking over, Bajaj said the human brain cannot be replaced and that success will come from balance between EI and AI.
