CoutLoot plans to launch private labels in clothing and footwear segments

Founded by Thind and Mahima Kaul, CoutLoot has more than 16 million users and over 32 lakh sellers and stores in its network with an annual gross merchandise value of $100 million. The company recently entered into the offline retail segment by converting existing small shops and trading units into its own branded stores, part of a wider strategy to formalise the unorganised non-MRP non-grocery retailing in India.
