India's exports to UAE dip 22 per cent in April: Commerce ministry data
Commerce secretary Sunil Barthwal on May 1 this year expressed hope that India's exports to the UAE are expected to rise by about 60 per cent to reach USD 50 billion by 2026-27. India's exports to the UAE in 2022-23 rose by 11.8 per cent to USD 31.3 billion, while imports from that country grew by 18.8 per cent to USD 53.2 billion in the last fiscal due to increased inbound shipments of oil.
