Adani Enterprises, Transmission to raise funds totalling Rs 21,000 crore via QIP
Adani Enterprises is set to raise Rs 12,500 crore and Adani Transmission plans to raise Rs 8,500 crore. This fundraising is expected to boost investor confidence and help the Group service its debt. The fundraising, however, comes as the group is in the middle of an ongoing investigation by a Supreme Court-appointed panel and market regulator SEBI.
