Bangkok-based property developer, Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), has secured a lease on 45,000 sq ft of coworking space in Gurgaon, allowing it to open its second facility after Whizdom Club in Delhi. The developer is also said to be in negotiations over a large parcel of land in the National Capital Region. MQDC intends to focus on small and medium-sized businesses, multinationals and mature start-ups in the premium segment of the co-working market. According to Cushman & Wakefield, Gurgaon accounted for 72% of leasing activity in Q4 2022-23, with Noida making up a 25% share.
