An early cycle valuation of mid and small-sized banks offers strong earning momentum and returns for investors, whilst increasing exposure in capital goods/industrial sectors and stabilised sectors like IT and FMCG also present opportunities. Despite global uncertainties in IT spending, the report suggests investors should look for value with triggers and an earnings upgrade cycle.
