Go First moves NCLT to restrain lessors, DGCA from taking any action

The carrier has demanded instruction to prohibit parties from taking any recovery action, including suppliers of essential goods, in addition to calling on fuel suppliers to continue providing for plane operations without terminating contractual agreements. The airline, which owes Rs 11,463 crores, is facing liquidation proceedings. The case is due to be heard in Delhi on Thursday.
