Britain's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has blocked Microsoft's $68.7 billion deal to buy Activision Blizzard over concerns that it will constrict consumer choice in the cloud gaming market. A separate set of concerns over Microsoft using Activision's hugely popular game, Call of Duty, to the advantage of its Xbox console have not been adequately addressed, despite cloud gaming deals with Nintendo and Nvidia.
