The apartment on the sixth floor of residential tower Aerial View on Nargis Dutt Road has two dedicated car parking slots. The transaction was concluded on April 6 and was registered on April 10. Alia has paid the entire 6% stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore for the registration of the transaction, showed the documents accessed through Indextap.com.
