Air India's HR policies, draconian, unethical: Pilot bodies
Indian pilot unions have written to the Tata Group calling for intervention in Air India's "draconian" HR policy. The pilot groups, Indian Commercial Pilots' Association and the Indian Pilots' Guild, said the department was "focused on dismantling, restructuring, or even replacing the human assets of the airline". They added that the department responded to their concerns in a way that conflicted with the Tata Group's reputation as a compassionate employer.
