Real estate company Paras Buildtech has launched a new project, Paras Arcade 114, in Gurugram in India. The project covers 3.25 acres, has a saleable area of 4,597 sq m and includes more than 40 plots for SCOs. Paras Buildtech expects to generate a revenue of about INR1.08bn ($15m) by selling 100% of the inventory within 30 to 40 days. The company has already delivered around 15 property projects in Delhi-NCR, including homes and commercial estate projects, covering an area of 15 million sq ft.
