Former IMF Chief Economist, Raghuram Rajan, has warned that the rescue of both Silicon Valley Bank and Credit Suisse signifies deeper underlying problems within the banking system. Due to vast amounts of liquidity levels from central banks over a ten-year period, banks have become addicted and fragile.
