Tata Steel Plea: SC seeks reply from coal ministry, Jharkhand government
Tata Steel has appealed against the Jharkhand high court's judgment that held that a mining lease of 999 years granted to it in the districts of Hazaribagh and Ramgarh of the state amounts to a leave for perpetuity and a mining lease for an indefinite period shall be void being against the public policy.
